What support does AOLA provide during the recruitment process?

We handle full-cycle recruitment, including candidate screening, credentialing, immigration and visa coordination (EB-3), and onboarding prep. Our goal is to present fully vetted nurses ready for long-term success.

What’s included in your service packages?

AOLA offers three tailored service packages: the Founding Partner Package for early collaborators shaping the recruitment process with priority access and onboarding support; the Standard Placement Package for hospitals ready for consistent, ethical recruitment with vetted nurses, full visa coordination, and a six-month guarantee; and the Premium Placement + Retention Package for multi-hire or retention-focused facilities, adding specialty sourcing, performance checks, onboarding tools, and a 12-month guarantee.
