about our founder
I’m Oghenefega Clarissa Akporotu, MSN, RN-BC — a Nurse leader, clinical educator, and the founder of AOLA Healthcare. My journey in nursing has given me the opportunity to lead teams, develop staff, and drive quality improvement initiatives that make a lasting impact on patients and professionals alike.
As a board-certified Nurse with advanced training in leadership and healthcare systems, I bring both clinical expertise and a passion for mentorship to everything I do. Over the years, I’ve helped shape environments where nurses feel supported, patients receive compassionate care, and organizations thrive through strong, engaged teams.
I started AOLA Healthcare to create a pathway for internationally educated nurses to achieve their U.S. career goals while ensuring hospitals gain dedicated, patient-centered staff.
