1. What is AOLA Healthcare’s pricing model?

AOLA operates on a direct-hire placement model. We charge a one-time placement fee for each nurse successfully hired through our agency. This fee covers the cost of recruitment, screening, documentation review, and candidate support throughout the process.


2. When is the placement fee due?

Placement fees are typically invoiced upon successful match and acceptance of the offer by the candidate. We can offer milestone-based or flexible payment schedules for high-volume clients.


3. What is included in the placement fee?

Our placement fee includes:

  • Global nurse sourcing and screening
  • Credential verification (education, licensure, work experience)
  • Interview coordination and candidate prep
  • Ongoing candidate support (visa process, relocation guidance)
  • Onboarding follow-up after placement

4. Are there any recurring or subscription fees?

No. AOLA does not charge any ongoing fees. You only pay for successful hires. There are no subscriptions, retainers, or long-term contracts unless mutually agreed upon.


5. How do we receive invoices?

Invoices are issued via email and can be sent to your accounts payable contact. We can also upload documents to your vendor portal if needed.


6. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:

  • Bank transfers (ACH or wire)
  • Corporate credit card (upon request)
  • International payments (USD preferred)

Details for payment are included on each invoice.


7. Do you offer volume or long-term partnership discounts?

Yes. For clients hiring multiple nurses or entering a preferred vendor agreement, we offer customized pricing packages and priority access to candidate pipelines.


8. Can we request a breakdown of costs?

Absolutely. We’re transparent about what’s included in each placement. A detailed scope of services and cost structure can be provided upon request or during contract finalization.
