Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: July 15, 2024
Last Updated: July 15, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at aolahealthcare.com and any related pages, forms, portals, digital resources, memberships, mentorship programs, recruitment services, communications, and other services provided by Adesibikan LLC, doing business as AOLA Healthcare Staffing (“AOLA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the website, creating an account, submitting an application, enrolling in a program, purchasing a service, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or our services.

1. About AOLA

AOLA is a nurse-led healthcare recruitment and professional mentorship company.

AOLA’s services may include:

  • International nurse sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation.

  • Direct-hire recruitment support for healthcare employers.

  • Candidate readiness assessment.

  • Professional credential and licensure process coordination.

  • Candidate documentation and milestone tracking.

  • Nurse mentorship, education, and accountability support.

  • NCLEX, English examination, résumé, interview, and career-readiness guidance.

  • Professional resources, webinars, guides, templates, and educational content.

  • Onboarding, relocation, integration, and retention support, where separately agreed.

The availability, scope, and price of services may change periodically.

2. Direct-Hire Recruitment Model

AOLA operates a direct-hire recruitment model.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement:

  • AOLA is not the employer of nurses presented to healthcare facilities.

  • The healthcare facility makes all final interview and hiring decisions.

  • A nurse who accepts employment is employed directly by the hiring healthcare facility.

  • The healthcare facility is responsible for wages, benefits, scheduling, supervision, performance management, working conditions, discipline, and termination.

  • Any employment offer or employment agreement is between the nurse and the healthcare facility.

  • AOLA does not control the employer’s hiring standards, compensation, benefits, immigration decisions, or employment terms.

Healthcare employers that engage AOLA are subject to a separate recruitment or placement agreement. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the separate written agreement will control for that relationship.

3. Immigration and Legal Matters

AOLA is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice.

AOLA may provide administrative coordination, educational information, document checklists, milestone tracking, and communication support relating to a nurse’s immigration or employment process. These activities do not constitute legal representation.

The hiring healthcare facility is generally responsible for engaging qualified immigration counsel and completing any employer-sponsored immigration process. A nurse may also choose to obtain independent legal advice.

All immigration petitions, visa applications, work authorization decisions, consular decisions, and admission decisions are made by the appropriate government agencies and officials.

No information provided by AOLA creates an attorney-client relationship.

Users should consult a licensed attorney regarding their individual immigration, employment, contractual, or legal circumstances.

4. No Guaranteed Outcomes

AOLA does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance into an AOLA recruitment or mentorship program.

  • An interview or employment offer.

  • Placement with a healthcare facility.

  • A particular position, specialty, location, salary, schedule, or start date.

  • Employer sponsorship.

  • Approval of an immigration petition or visa application.

  • Visa issuance or admission to the United States.

  • State nursing licensure or authorization to practice.

  • NCLEX, IELTS, OET, PTE, TOEFL, MET, or other examination results.

  • TruMerit certification, credentials evaluation, VisaScreen certification, or document acceptance.

  • Completion of any process within a particular timeline.

  • Continued employment after placement.

  • Any specific professional, financial, educational, licensing, or immigration result.

Licensing boards, examination providers, credentialing organizations, healthcare employers, attorneys, USCIS, the Department of State, consulates, and other third parties make independent decisions that AOLA does not control.

5. Nurse Applications

Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, recruiter-client relationship, agency relationship, or promise of placement.

Applicants agree to:

  • Provide complete, current, and truthful information.

  • Disclose relevant licensure, education, employment, examination, disciplinary, immigration, and work-authorization information.

  • Notify AOLA if previously provided information changes.

  • Submit authentic and unaltered documents.

  • Participate honestly in interviews and screening activities.

  • Respond to reasonable requests for information within the stated timeframe.

AOLA may verify information provided by an applicant, including education, employment history, professional references, licensure, examination results, credentials, and other qualifications.

AOLA may reject, pause, close, or reconsider an application when:

  • Eligibility requirements are not met.

  • Information is incomplete, inconsistent, misleading, or unverifiable.

  • Requested documents are not provided.

  • The applicant fails to communicate or participate in required screening.

  • A professional, ethical, legal, licensing, immigration, or safety concern is identified.

  • No suitable opportunity is currently available.

  • A healthcare employer changes or withdraws its staffing requirements.

AOLA may update recruitment eligibility requirements as employer needs, regulations, licensing standards, and market conditions change.

6. Candidate Profile Sharing

Applicants authorize AOLA to review and process information submitted for recruitment and screening purposes.

AOLA may share a candidate’s résumé, professional profile, qualifications, interview notes, licensure status, credential status, and related recruitment information with prospective healthcare employers when:

  • The candidate requests or authorizes consideration for an opportunity.

  • Sharing is reasonably necessary to evaluate a potential match.

  • The candidate has otherwise consented to recruitment-related submission.

AOLA will not knowingly submit a candidate for an employment opportunity after the candidate has clearly withdrawn permission for that submission.

Applicants should not send Social Security numbers, banking information, full passport copies, medical records, or other highly sensitive documents through ordinary email or unrestricted website forms unless AOLA has specifically requested the document and provided an appropriate submission method.

7. Employment Offers and Agreements

AOLA is not a party to a nurse’s employment agreement unless a written document expressly states otherwise.

Nurses are responsible for carefully reviewing all employment terms before accepting an offer, including:

  • Compensation and benefits.

  • Work location and specialty.

  • Shift and scheduling requirements.

  • Orientation and training.

  • Relocation assistance.

  • Repayment obligations.

  • Employment commitment periods.

  • Termination provisions.

  • Immigration-related obligations.

  • Licensing requirements.

  • Professional conduct and performance expectations.

AOLA encourages every candidate to ask questions and obtain independent legal advice before signing an employment agreement.

AOLA does not guarantee that an employer will maintain, renew, or honor an offer if circumstances change, subject to applicable law and the terms of the employer’s agreement.

8. Ethical Recruitment and Candidate Fees

AOLA does not charge nurses a recruitment or job-placement fee in exchange for an employment opportunity.

Healthcare employers may pay AOLA recruitment, placement, consulting, or related service fees under a separate agreement.

Nurses may independently be responsible for expenses associated with their professional journey, including:

  • Examination fees.

  • Credentials evaluation fees.

  • Licensing and board-of-nursing fees.

  • Document verification and translation fees.

  • Passport and immigration-related government fees.

  • Medical examinations.

  • Travel and relocation costs.

  • Attorney fees where not paid by an employer.

  • Optional mentorship or educational services.

Optional mentorship fees are payment for educational, coaching, administrative, and professional-development services. They are not payment for employment, placement, sponsorship, or preferential treatment.

9. Mentorship Services

The AOLA Nurse Mentorship Program is a separate fee-for-service educational and professional-support program.

Mentorship may include:

  • Guidance concerning U.S. nursing licensure pathways.

  • NCLEX preparation planning.

  • English examination guidance.

  • TruMerit and credentialing process guidance.

  • Board-of-nursing application guidance.

  • Résumé and interview preparation.

  • Career-readiness coaching.

  • Accountability support.

  • Group sessions, digital resources, templates, or community access.

Mentorship does not include:

  • Legal representation.

  • Immigration advice.

  • Guaranteed examination success.

  • Guaranteed licensure.

  • Guaranteed recruitment acceptance.

  • Guaranteed placement, sponsorship, interview, or employment.

A person does not need to purchase mentorship to be considered for employment opportunities if that person independently satisfies AOLA’s recruitment criteria.

Mentorship participants may apply for recruitment opportunities after becoming qualified, but mentorship participation does not guarantee acceptance or placement.

Any “priority consideration” means that AOLA may review the participant’s readiness for available opportunities. It does not guarantee an interview, submission, offer, sponsorship, or placement.

10. Mentorship Enrollment and Program Participation

Submission of a mentorship application does not guarantee acceptance.

AOLA may require an interview or readiness assessment before enrollment.

Participants agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions or provide timely notice of cancellation.

  • Complete assigned steps and provide requested information.

  • Communicate respectfully with mentors, staff, and other participants.

  • Protect confidential program resources and account credentials.

  • Avoid recording or distributing sessions without written permission.

  • Use educational resources only for personal, noncommercial purposes.

AOLA may suspend or terminate participation for nonpayment, harassment, misconduct, unauthorized sharing, repeated missed sessions, falsification of information, misuse of resources, or other material violations.

11. Fees, Payment Plans, and Recurring Billing

Prices and package details are displayed on the applicable enrollment or checkout page and may be updated before purchase.

By purchasing a service, you authorize AOLA and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided for the amount disclosed at checkout.

For installment or subscription plans:

  • Payments will be charged according to the billing schedule disclosed at checkout.

  • The participant is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

  • AOLA may suspend sessions, membership access, digital resources, or support when payment is overdue.

  • Cancellation stops future renewal charges only when permitted by the applicable package or billing terms.

  • Cancellation does not automatically eliminate an existing minimum commitment or outstanding balance.

  • Previously paid fees are not automatically refundable merely because the participant stops participating.

Package-specific payment, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms presented at checkout or in a separate Mentorship Service Agreement or Billing Terms are incorporated into these Terms.

If those package-specific terms conflict with this section, the package-specific terms will control.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is determined by the terms presented at the time of purchase and any applicable Mentorship Service Agreement or Billing Terms.

Unless a different written policy applies:

  • Application and intake activities do not guarantee enrollment.

  • Completed coaching sessions are nonrefundable.

  • Downloaded, accessed, or delivered digital products and resources are nonrefundable except where required by law.

  • Fees for work already performed are nonrefundable.

  • Missed sessions may be forfeited when proper notice is not provided.

  • Payment processor fees, currency-conversion fees, examination fees, licensing fees, government fees, and third-party charges are not refundable by AOLA.

  • Failure to achieve a desired result does not create a right to a refund.

Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

13. Scheduling and Missed Appointments

Participants must follow the scheduling and cancellation requirements communicated for their service.

AOLA may reschedule a session because of illness, emergency, staffing needs, technology failure, or other reasonable circumstances.

Late arrival may reduce the available session time.

Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to communicate may result in suspension or termination of services without a refund for services already reserved or provided.

14. Accounts and Membership Areas

Certain resources may require an account or membership.

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of login information.

  • Use only their own account.

  • Not share, sell, transfer, or publicly distribute access credentials.

  • Notify AOLA promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

  • Be responsible for activity conducted through their account.

AOLA may suspend or terminate an account when it reasonably believes the account has been compromised or misused.

15. Educational Content

Website content, newsletters, webinars, videos, social-media posts, guides, checklists, templates, and program materials are provided for general educational purposes.

Requirements affecting nursing licensure, immigration, credentials evaluation, examinations, and employment can change without notice.

Users are responsible for confirming current requirements directly with the appropriate authority, which may include:

  • State boards of nursing.

  • HRSA.

  • USCIS.

  • The U.S. Department of State.

  • U.S. embassies or consulates.

  • Examination providers.

  • Healthcare employers.

  • Licensed attorneys.

AOLA is not responsible for a user’s reliance on information that has become outdated or that does not apply to the user’s specific situation.

16. Intellectual Property

The website and its content are owned by or licensed to AOLA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Protected materials may include:

  • AOLA names, logos, branding, and slogans.

  • Guides, workbooks, checklists, and templates.

  • Mentorship materials.

  • Videos, webinars, and recordings.

  • Screening frameworks and scorecards.

  • Courses and digital resources.

  • Photographs, designs, and downloadable files.

AOLA grants users a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access purchased or authorized materials for personal, noncommercial use.

Users may not, without written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or distribute AOLA materials.

  • Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the materials.

  • Upload the materials to shared drives, social platforms, groups, or public websites.

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

  • Use AOLA content to create competing products or services.

  • Record or redistribute private sessions or webinars.

  • Share paid membership or resource-hub access.

17. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.

  • Impersonate another person or organization.

  • Submit false, forged, altered, or stolen documents.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

  • Upload malicious code or interfere with website operation.

  • Scrape or extract website data without permission.

  • Harass AOLA staff, mentors, applicants, employers, or users.

  • Misrepresent an affiliation with AOLA.

  • Use AOLA’s name or materials to solicit money or offer unauthorized services.

  • Violate another person’s intellectual-property or privacy rights.

18. Communications and Electronic Consent

By submitting contact information, users consent to receive communications related to applications, appointments, purchases, mentorship, recruitment, account administration, and requested services.

Users who subscribe to marketing communications may unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting AOLA.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent AOLA from sending necessary transactional, application, account, billing, scheduling, or service-related communications.

Users agree that electronic records, notices, disclosures, and signatures may satisfy applicable written-notice requirements.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, scheduling platforms, video platforms, credentialing organizations, boards of nursing, examination providers, social-media platforms, healthcare employers, relocation providers, and legal-service providers.

AOLA does not control and is not responsible for third-party:

  • Websites.

  • Privacy practices.

  • Fees.

  • Availability.

  • Decisions.

  • Representations.

  • Products or services.

  • Data-security practices.

Use of third-party services is governed by the third party’s own terms and policies.

20. Testimonials and Success Stories

Testimonials and success stories reflect individual experiences.

They do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same or similar outcome.

AOLA may edit testimonials for length, grammar, or clarity without materially changing their meaning. AOLA will obtain permission before publishing personally identifying testimonial content.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

AOLA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, noninfringement, availability, and results.

AOLA does not warrant that:

  • The website will operate without interruption or error.

  • Information will always be current or complete.

  • Files or communications will be free of harmful components.

  • A particular employer, opportunity, mentor, service, or resource will remain available.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AOLA and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, mentors, representatives, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

  • Website use.

  • Recruitment decisions.

  • Employment offers or employment relationships.

  • Immigration, licensing, credentialing, or examination outcomes.

  • Mentorship participation.

  • Third-party actions.

  • Loss of data, income, opportunity, reputation, or anticipated savings.

Where liability cannot be excluded, AOLA’s aggregate liability arising from a paid mentorship or digital service will not exceed the amount the user paid directly to AOLA for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six months preceding the event.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

23. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AOLA and its owners, employees, contractors, mentors, representatives, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • False or misleading information you submit.

  • Your unlawful or unauthorized conduct.

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights.

  • Your misuse or redistribution of AOLA resources.

24. Suspension and Termination

  • Enforce these Terms.

  • Protect users, employers, staff, or systems.

  • Respond to suspected fraud or misconduct.

  • Address nonpayment.

  • Comply with law or a lawful request.

  • Protect AOLA’s reputation, intellectual property, or operations.

Provisions intended to survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.

25. Privacy

AOLA’s collection, use, retention, and disclosure of personal information are described in the AOLA Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

26. Changes to Services and Terms

AOLA may modify the website, eligibility requirements, programs, resources, prices, or these Terms.

Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

When a change is material, AOLA may provide notice through the website, account, email, or another reasonable method.

Continued use of the website or services after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Changes to an existing paid program will not override a separately signed agreement unless that agreement permits the change.

27. Governing Law and Venue

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action relating to these Terms must be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable law requires another venue.

Before filing a legal action, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written communication.

28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

29. No Waiver

AOLA’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

30. Assignment

Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without AOLA’s written consent.

AOLA may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, change in ownership, or transfer of business operations.

31. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable checkout terms, and any separate signed service agreement constitute the agreement governing the relevant website or service relationship.
